Performance
The new 4.3-liter V6 has 285 horsepower and 305 pound-feet of torque and can tow up to 7,200 pounds when properly equipped. The all-new cab structures provide more legroom for front and rear passengers. Upper trims come with leather upholstery and ventilated seats. You’ll find lots of bins and cubbies for storage. The SLT trims have up to five USB ports to keep all your devices charged. The IntelliLink system with 8-inch touchscreen features clear, intuitive controls and an effective voice command interface.

Safety
Standard safety features on the 2014 GMC Sierra include antilock disc brakes and traction and stability control with trailer sway control. OnStar is standard and includes services such as automatic crash notification, roadside assistance, remote door unlocking and stolen-vehicle assistance. The redesigned cab structures for all three configurations (standard, double and crew cabs) have improved structural stiffness, making the 2014 model more crashworthy. Optional safety features include a rearview camera, front and rear park assist and a suite of driver aids that includes a lane departure-warning system and a forward collision-alert system.
