Concord Craft Brewing Company: this small batch brewing company has a retail beer store and tasting room, where beer lovers can walk in and sample the current beers they have on tap. They use the best all natural ingredients and brew it right in downtown Concord, where it’s then delivered cold and fresh to the best bars, restaurants and select retailers. Some of our faves include Pond Hockey Pilsner, Gov’nah, Town Pound Porter and Coffee Stout. You can enjoy quick bites like soft pretzels, Nate’s nuts, hummus with pita chips and a variety of Blake’s All Natural meals. Concord Craft Brewing is located at 117 Storrs St. in Concord.

Strange Brew Tavern: this rollicking offbeat watering hole has an enormous craft beer selection, hearty pub eats, bar games and live music. Located in nearby Manchester, they’ve been in business since 1999. Some of our favorite brews there include Winni Ale, Runabout Red Ale, Dead Guy Ale and seasonal specials like Prelude Special Ale and Samuel Adams Cold snap. Looking for great pub food? This is the place, with beer cheese, fried pickles, wings, buffalo or sweet and spicy shrimp and more. They also offer build-your-own burgers, soup, chili, flame grilled Cajun chicken and more. Stark Brewing Company: this Manchester brew pub has great brews, food and events like Military Mondays, Tater Thursdays and live acoustic music on Fridays and Saturdays. The brewery started in 1994 as the Stark Mill Brewery and is a real Queen City favorite. They use an all natural process with no pasteurization or chemical preservatives and the best ingredients like Pacific Northwest hops, pure Lake Massabesic water and quality yeasts from around the world. Favorites include Milly’s Oatmeal Stout, Mr. Uncanoonuc Cream Ale and Tasha’s Red Ale.
