Halloween in Concord NH

Halloween has become America’s second most popular holiday in recent years. People go all-out decorating their homes for Halloween, including light shows, dry ice, zombies and even music and sound effects. At Tim’s Truck Capital and Auto Sales, we get excited when Halloween comes around. If you’re looking for spooky fun, here is a list of some of our favorite events going on in New Hampshire.

Halloween Howl in Downtown Concord

This annual event takes place on Friday, October 27 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. There are lots of activities for those of all ages, and you can trick-or-treat at downtown businesses. A great time for families!

Haunted Mansion Masquerade in Concord

This is one of our favorites! The Kimball Jenkins Estate, an opulent Victorian mansion and carriage house, has a Spooktacular evening planned with dancing, games and Halloween merriment. Featuring DJ Nigel and DJ Pat, you’ll dance the night away. Play tabletop, board or card games in the parlor and feast on Halloween treats, bubbles and brews. Psychics, mediums and palm readers will offer reading for $30 for 20 minutes. Saturday, October. 28.

Ghosts on The Banke

This family-friendly Halloween event takes place Friday, October 27 and Saturday, Oct. 28 from 5:30-8 p.m. Meet the Ghosts on the Banke at Strawberry Bank’s famous Halloween celebration. You’ll find 17th century shopkeepers and wayward pirates haunting the streets of Portsmouth’s oldest neighborhood as you trick or treat safely from historic home to historic home. Jack-O-Lanterns light the way as you visit a wacky witch, search for pirate treasure and more. Only $8, and so much fun!
