Amber was great to deal with. Made it easy and quick. Very communicative and responsive

The truck purchase was enjoyable the sales people were able to listen to what we wanted as a family and did help us find a truck that fit our needs. The truck was an "inspected truck" so came with a 30day warranty. So when the check engine light came on in the 3 hour drive home, we were a bit disappointed and afraid we been duped. So we waited a few days to see if there were other issues that came up. When we called their auto repair shop Amber told us no issue and come on down we are happy to fix the issue. Dropped the truck off because it was under warranty we were given a loaner car for the two weeks it took to find and fix the issues. The only issue was they believed it to be fixed twice and had us drive down twice to find out it was not done and the check engine light was still on. The drive for us was 3 hours each way 6 hour total, We feel that could of been avoided. But all that to the side we did get the truck back fixed and all issue were covered via warranty. We waited a few weeks before writing this to make sure all was fixed and no more issue to date. Over all they have more integrity then other car dealerships I been to and plan to use them again both for purchase and repair of my car / truck needs.

Amber was very helpful with assisting in getting the issue resolved and was also able to facilitate a phone call to a third party (capital car audio) regarding the issue. We were able to fix the problem with the vehicle at no charge and I am pleasantly pleased with the assistance I received today

I have bought 3 trucks here and trade them in every 2 years because I see something new I want instead and they always make it happen and each truck I have bought have met and been above what I even expected.. Amber in service is simply put Amazing any issues she handles them like it's her dad's truck or her own and THAY is simply put the kind of folks I will continue to do business with.. I brought my 2016 GMC Terrain to Tims truck Capital service center and they Tims Truck capital solved the problem with MY 2016 GMC Terrain SLT by solving and replacing the ECM modoule and cured the problem the service department Amber Was very informative courtious, kind and professional to have the mechanics resolve the issue and repair my vehicle promptly and professionally , The service department is very good at what they do and I appreciate it very much. Amber was very helpful with answering questions I had, some kind of random but always got me an answer if it was something that normally does not get asked. Thanks you!! I will be back in the future for all my alignments.

Purchased a truck and had a slight misunderstanding during the paperwork process. The team a Tims worked to make it right. Drove the truck home, next day found an issue, they promptly picked it up a fixed it. Although there does appear to be a coolant issue that may need attention, John, Jeff, Keith and a young lady whose name I can't remember involving the title were very accommodating. Amber in service did excellent in resolving the cooling lines issue. Kudos to the team for taking care of the customer with the integrity that you would hope for when there is an issue

When my truck wouldn’t start after work, I had to call roadside assistance for a jump start as my battery had died. Amber, in the service department, got me right in that morning and I had a new battery and an oil change which was overdue by 10 AM. Excellent customer service as always. Amber goes above and beyond!
