Excellent I had a good experience with the help of Charlie and all the staff and got myself into a car that I like and can afford.

Charlie was and Laura were excellent! I bought this truck sight unseen. I live 2-1/2 hours away in Connecticut and couldn’t be happier. They are friendly and were very accommodating. The drive sucks but the this deal ship doesn’t and I will continue getting my trucks for Tim’s and hopefully Charlie and later finishing up the paperwork with Laura

Financed the car here for my very first time I was Happy with the car i got. Since it was my first time I didn't really know what I was getting myself into at all I learned a lot of new things financing a car a better car than my other one that is but they explained everything to me very poorly and was very nice I got a pretty good deal I was told Dodge is a really good car and it has a lot of cool features I did buy it wholesale so as is there's a little things I can fix up on my own but there's some things I can't fix on my own because of warranty issues and the financing which I understand but the overall experience was great I appreciate Charlie and Sean for helping me out and then nice lady that helped me with all the signatures and the paperwork I forget her name I apologize for that. But I just wanted to say thank you again to Tim's Truck Capital and their team for supporting me and my first car purchase it's really been a great experience. They did fix the hatch for me it didn't open when I first looked at the car but they did fix that for me that was really nice of them because they didn't have to since the car was wholesale but other than that it was good

I bought a truck from Tim's last week and it was a nice and pain free experience. I dealt with Charlie and he was fantastic. Very friendly, calm and laid back. Zero typical pushy salesman stuff going on. He answered my questions on the phone and sent me a few pics of some specific areas of the truck I wanted to see before I drove up there. Once I got there the truck was in great condition, represented accurately, and drove very well. The price was good and they gave me decent money for my trade in. The paperwork was also done in a timely manner and the entire process only took a couple of hours start to finish. Everyone else that I interacted with at the dealership was also very friendly and not pushy or overbearing. Most dealerships make my skin crawl but this place was a pleasant surprise, and so far has lived up to the good reviews online.

I had a hard time getting qualified with past income because our car failed inspection 3 1/2 months ago and I was basically stranded at a mountainside apartment complex where a grocery trip was a 7-mile round trip walking. I also shopped elsewhere and was told I could bring a car to my mechanic. They then reneged saying mechanics felt pressured to approve vehicles. Tim’s was a very solid, mutually fair, no-BS experience and everyone was extremely helpful. Lenny and Alex got it done. They let me take a test drive with no pushing or pitching and the vehicle sold itself. True, I do have to finance a little high but the car has held up well through about 1500 miles now and most importantly I am earning the income I showed them again. I don’t care about getting $100 for sending someone there. Tell them you want the $100 for yourself if you decide to shop there. Best car buying experience I have had in my life… they didn’t pitch me a junker and selfishly send me out to get crushed by immediate repairs. Update: Still going strong 50,000 miles later. just sold it actually and now I’m in vehicle two heading out from the office. Charlie Butler was instrumental and helping me get back on the road from Florida, if you want to talk to anybody that uses his resources it’s him. I continue to not want compensation from the referral offer, ask them to put it toward you if you want.

Having been in the industry for 15 years as a Sales person , Business Manager, Service Manager, and General Manager... This is my impression of Tim's Truck Capital. My wife and I had an overall excellent purchasing experience. Everyone was VERY upfront about the differences between their AS-IS "Wholesale trucks" vs. the used trucks that have been put through their service department. Knowing this, I ended up buying a pre-owned Chevy from them with a warranty. Tim's has a very professional but also laid back atmosphere. Just a bunch of cool people selling trucks and having a good time while doing it the right way. Not too pushy but they definitely don't ignore you when you want help. Cody, Jon, and Shawn were great to deal with throughout my process. Everyone else was very friendly as well. Got to chat with fellow FF Charlie and a few others while waiting for my insurance company to finish my coverage paperwork. Cody my sales guy was extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond to my online inquery, and honest. He helped me find the right truck based on my needs while also using his past experience as a mechanic to answer all of my technical questions. Jon the business manager made the paperwork super easy and fast even while dealing with a very loud toddler in his office. Shawn is the main reason I walked in the door instead of just browsing online. We spoke for 20 minutes or so about the dealership in general as well as different vehicles they had on the lot. He put to rest any hesitation I had about driving an hour and a half past numerous local dealerships to go look at Trucks there. I would highly recommend purchasing from Tim's Truck Capital.
