Sales staff were the best, Jon Matewski treated me great. he just kept saying "whatever you want ".. I did get stressed while there, but it was not from them, I stressed myself out. The one negative thing I must say is about the finance officer. When signing the paper work he went through the optional items, extended warranty etc, I declined them all, when hecame to the GAP insurance. I told him I declined that also, He asked me if I knew what it was and how it worked, I said, yes of course I do. I still do not want it, and with a scowl he said to me " just tying to look out for you ".. Maybe it is he that does not know how it works I put 8 thousand dollars down on the truck, not 8 hundred, 8 thousand . If I make every single payment and some extra , every single month I should never be under water. The inventory was large. but in my opinion and in my price range a lot of vehicles had something wrong with them. engine lights on, brakes clunking, engine stuttering and shuddering on acceleration. One even had a bunch of cotton blowing out of the passenger vents. I looked at 5 vehicles but ended up with a nice 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 with 78k miles. Rides nice, looks great and I am happy. I am sure there is a vehicle there for everyone. Because of Jon Matewski and the others sales staff I would recommend them to everyone.

Charlie was a great salesman and very professional and helpful with the sale of my 2019 ford ranger. We were able to mostly everything digitally and had the truck all ready for me when I arrived.. If after putting almost 1/3rd down on a vehicle and after making every single payment, it becomes worth less than I owe, I paid way to much money for it. Nice people to deal with. My truck wasn't ready for me to pickup on Saturday so they gave me a loaner to use and delivered my truck right to my house. With a full tank of gas. Jon my sales guy was great to deal with. And Keith the loan guy was very good as well.

I purchased a high mileage Tacoma. Not a great deal but probably the going rate for trucks nowadays. The service department kept it for a week to do some work on it. Truck was delivered with a 60 inspection sticker so I brought it in to my local shop. To my dismay the mechanic found a number of things wrong with the truck; some pretty pricey repairs needed. My initial gut reaction is that I was being ripped off. I was pretty upset. I contacted Jon in sales and he said "Bring it in, we'll work this out." So I took it to the service dept. not feeling real good about things. Bill there was pretty gruff at first but I left the truck. I picked it up this morning. All the necessary work had been done: ball joints, steering shaft, rear brakes, and more. Plus a new sticker. No charge. Zero. Needless to say I feel pretty good about Tim's Truck Capital right now. One thing: if I did it again I would have had the truck checked out by a trusted mechanic before purchase. That would have saved everyone a lot of trouble.
