I purchased a VW R32 from Tim's. I dealt with Lenny for the purchase. He was great. Answered all my questions and was honest. I also dealt with Laura in the office. She was great also. They both made the purchase very smooth and easy. I did have some issues after I picked up the car. There were a few major things not working. The fuel gauge, headlights, door locks and a check engine light. I brought the car back and they addressed and fixed everything. Amber was great to deal with in Service. She kept me informed and made sure all the issues were fixed. I would highly recommend Tim's. They make sure you are happy with your purchase and that the vehicle your are buying is in good condition.

I recently purchased a vehicle Tim's Truck Capital and let me tell you how awesome they were! I just purchased a 2020 VW Jetta from them yesterday. What a smooth process everything was. From initial phone and text communication with Lenny to actual pickup of the vehicle. They took care of 1 minor thing like replacing the front pads and rotors for me. Made sure all the fluids were changed, cleaned the car completely and filled it up with gas. It was really a nice overall experience for my daughter to see as well. Lenny was absolutely awesome! !! Never tried to do the typical salesman us to death. We chose a truck and Lenny was extremely forthcoming with the pros and cons of each one and if he wasn’t sure, he just said he wasn’t sure but was more than willing to find out. Did I say he seems to have the patience of a saint? At least twice we had decided on a truck for sure and, poor Lenny making arrangements for that truck to go through the shop then, my boyfriend calls and says “I’ve changed my mind, we are gonna come look at that other truck instead”. Lenny just rolled with the punches. Not to mention between our work schedules and living so far away, this always happened at end of Lenny’s day. Again, he just rolled with it. Tim’s Truck Capital in a whole?? I have say, Amazing! Not only did they go through the vehicle thoroughly, they fixed and replaced things they truly didn’t have to. I mean, let’s face it, your buying a previously owned vehicle, your gonna inherit unforeseen issues at minimum so, there are things that are typically overlooked. Technically, our truck needed 2 rear tires, Tim’s could have just put on 2 rear tires that would pass inspection, but no, they put on 4 brand new tires. If you have ever bought tires in this millennium, then you know they aren’t cheap, let alone 4 tires for Dodge Ram 1500. We get all this taken care of and a week later get a phone call letting us know that ordered 2 brand new rearview mirrors because unbeknownst to us, something was wrong with the ones that work perfectly fine that are on it. My boyfriend mentioned the back up cam being scratched up all to xxxx and not being able to use it, they ordered a brand new one and installed it along with the mirrors. So far we are living our new truck and have absolutely 0 problems but, I am confident that if something major happens in a reasonable amount of time of corse, that they would stand behind us and work diligently to correct the problem. If your looking for a reliable used vehicle, fair pricing, without having to worry about your financing, the true condition of the vehicle, and having to figure out if your being fed the typical line of crap, Tim’s is where you wanna gamble your luck and money. Even if it all went bad, they are gonna make sure you get what came to them for and leave with a reliable vehicle. Lenny will also hand you the facts and his honest opinion and what he don’t know, he will find the most reliable answer for. He won’t follow you around making you feel like he is trying to sell you anything but, he will comfortably follow you, ready to answer any questions you have and do his best to make sure you get what your looking for and wanting. Thank you Lenny for putting my guy in the “NH truck” as he calls it and, making him happy. My boyfriend is a transplant from an MA city and, I’m pretty sure he moved to NH to get a NH truck and have all the ATV toys and fun that NH has to offer, more so than he did to be with me little ole me, lol..

Got my 2017 Tacoma with Lenny but they're all great to chat with! They made the whole process easy and they're flexible with just about any budget or credit score. They're good with texting to make the progress nearly zero pressure while going back and fourth on options. First time buyer with this dealership. Sat down with Lenny and Alex, for what I was interested in getting for a truck. Alex showed me a four door ford and went home that night with my ford. Alex and Lenny were helpful and Jon the financial manager was very helpful and polite. It’s 92 mi away from where I live, but would definitely buy another vehicle from the dealership again.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Was felt pressured. Lenny worked with us in getting the car we wanted. And when I had to have my windshield wiper looked at the service department was great to my kids letting them watch TV and "hang out" while my car was being looked at.

Great experience working with Lenny as well as all the other associates who made sure I was taken care of. And I was also able to meet in between on a price with the truck I wanted and they agreed. Greatest customer service I’ve had in a while.

All staff were amazingly nice and curteous. Espeacially the female check in ladies. Lenny was great, they got me right in. I had a bad day and Deb I think she was very empathetic. Every time I have an issue they get me right in. I couldn't be more grateful.
