I started working with my father in 1998. I spent my first couple of years in recon before getting into sales. In 2001 I became office manager, in 2002 sales manager and then later general manager. As we continued to grow in 2009 it was a great year for me with the addition of my son Austin Timothy Emery. He is the best thing that ever happened to me. Then in December 2009, I purchased the dealership from my father and took over as president. We now are a second generation dealership and 35 years strong. Go Redsox, Pats, Celtics and Bruins!
Well, I guess it was just a communication problem.Amber and sean have reached out and taken care of every problem with the transmission and battery and even paying for the tow Amber told me that I would not have to pay anything Out-of-pocket even though the transmission is warranted, the labor is not and I guess they are taking care of that too according to Amber, so I'm glad they reach out. I like dealing with Tim struck capital. They have always been great in the past. Like I said, I think we just had communication problem here. I'm glad they reached out. Because I always give him a 5 star rating.Because they are really good people over there. We'll see how things go.Hopefully, everything will be great.Because I would like to continue to do business and send them business

They always provide the highest service to their current, future and past customers. I had a warranty claim for a vehicle I bought there and it was not quite covering it all and Tim went above and beyond to make sure I had to pay nothing out of pocket. Truly a great place to buy a vehicle
